I would include any info you have of meeting him within 2 years of filing.... so if Denmark was before you filed, include it.  I would include the letter too, it shows authenticity.  I would include receipts for wedding venue because it sounds like they are questioning the validity of the relationship as much as you actually meeting in person..... I never received a marriage broker thing and idk what that even is..... can you take a photo of it and reply to this thread. that's crazy... I would send as many photos you have together as you possibly can and date them ( I seriously just wrote the date on the back of mine bec they didn't print with a date that they were taken) I submitted a copy of boarding passes and passport stamp and a letter detailing the trip. I think your page and a half letter should suffice too..... let me know :-)

This site doesn’t allow me to post pictures :(

Everybody, I need some advice...

We received our NOA2 last week and my fiance is considering quitting her job soon, because in Vietnam if you are unemployed you are get unemployment and social security paid out to you (even if you quit willingly). She wants to take advantage of that money before leaving, which is totally understandable. I understand you should not make a serious financial commitment before approval, but she was planning on finding a new job if things went awry with the interview (I sure hope not).

My questions is this...does it matter in the interview if she has a job or not? Will it hurt her chances of getting a visa if she is unemployed walking into the interview??

pretty sure only YOUR income as the petitioner matters.. that's what they ask for.. they want to make sure she wont be a financial burden to the system in the US so you have to prove you are able to support the bene financially - as for her income, I'm pretty sure it wont matter although , it could vary between countries.....

Def not trying to start a political debate, but a) it seems like K1 would not be affected by either options, b) it wouldn't go into affect to 2019.

Presumably we'd either be in the "spouses of U.S. citizens" (along with CR1s) or in the "other" bucket, neither of which are affected. Either way, I have faith that all the Junies will be through the process this year. :)

There is an address at the bottom of the page so I’m assuming that might be the one I need to use I just wanted to confirm if it’s the right one. Can you tell I’m a mess right now??? 😭😂😭😭😂😭😂 my heart is racing lol
