@Martin3517 Hang in there dude.

You may get a repeat of what happened last week. I was getting fidgety and then BOOM. A huge influx of approvals and RFEs happened on the Friday. Our RFE was issued on the 16th (Tuesday), he called on the 17th asking for about our case and we were told nothing apart from "you're case will be soon. Just wait". Low and behold, we had some movement the day before. Didn't even know about it. Friday was when we found out via the app.

It'll happen. Just hold on. You've made it this far. 😁 No June cat gets left behind.

Can anyone tell me if everyone fills in the I-134 or if it's only to be filled in if you're using a co-sponsor? We aren't using a co-sponsor so will my petitioner still need to send me that filled out form?

the USC will fill out i-134 it shows income and proof of support.  I left one with my fiancee when I was last down there but will need to update since i was expecting Sept-OCT at that time.

If anyone is interested, this is what I got.  Jenny is the immigration liaison for my Congressman's (Mike Quigley) office... Same old garbage.

RE: I129F Case #- WAC1790353747

Good afternoon Jenny,

Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your constituent, John Lussow, regarding the I-129F petition filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Your constituent’s case is pending review with an adjudications officer. Your constituent should receive a notice of action on his case within 30-45 days. Please contact us again if the timeframe has expired and the constituent has not received a notice of action* from USCIS.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke.

I hope you find this information helpful. Have a great day.

I was hoping my Congressman could get more than the typical Tier I script.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

I got the exact same letter on Monday  from my congressman‘s office and I got approved today (NOA1 June 23) so it may be forthcoming like in a few days and not in 30 to 45 days.

Thank you so much.  You have no idea how great that makes me feel.

CONGRATULATIONS!

I just noticed my VJ timeline went from December 26 to December 25.  That is exciting except for the fact that it was a month ago!

How is this even still updating?
