No kidding. And all I was doing was saying that they needed to over front load their petition because of their situation. If you look I always say “over front load”. I’m talking about people sending bankers boxes. One had 1300 pages of texts. Will that really help?  I still believe that is too much. If I need 1300 pages of texts to prove the relationship is real than you may have other problems. Front loading and over front loading are different. I got spanked!!!  At this point you only need to meet one time in 2 years. That is the rule. 1300 pages of texts doesn’t support a meeting at all.

I dont think that came across my friend.  It looked like you were encouraging them to send the bare minimum or they'd endure more of a roving eye from their adjudicator, and no offense but I'm sure RapidVisa didn't encourage you to send only the bare minimum.

But yeah - I think there may have been a misunderstanding there and you didn't communicate yourself the best, thats all  - it scared one or two other people.  Don't worry about it :-)

That is true.  I completely understand that I was misunderstood.  It is my fault for not being clear and I will take my spanking.  I don't disagree with what was said, it is just that I did not explain exactly what I meant.

How many of us are left that are waiting for NOA2?

There are still a few of us. I haven’t seen a lot of movement this week. I don’t recall any Junies getting NOA2 this week.

Never give up. Call and write. Don’t just wait for their arbitrary 30 to 45 days.  Write your congressman!  Call Tier II.

I was told by a tier 2 that my approval was done on Thursday, which would only be 8 days from when I got the response to RFE received notice. Next week is going to be your week! :)

I have been quietly looking at others who have had RFEs. It does seem like approval is generally within 10 days of them receiving a satisfactory response. I was just trying to be cautiously optimistic. I’ve waited so long that I still can’t imagine an approval!

I’m not even sure where I’m at in terms of making another inquiry...last was filed on 1/29 and a response was sent 2/13....I suppose it’s been more than 30 days since the last inquiry so maybe time to submit another ;) Or...just a waste of time if security checks are still pending?

The squeaky wheel gets the grease!  I had 3 inquiries going at the same time at one point. Call USCIS. Send a congressional inquiry. Write the White House. Leave no stone unturned.  It may be a coincidence but things started moving after my second congressional inquiry.

Why are we talking about frontloading before a k1 visa interview. Isn't frontloading done for CR visas ?

I read that during the interview, the CO is provided with the original evidence sent by the petitioner to uscis and thats why they don't look at whatever evidence the beneficiary brings to the interview.

Correct me on the aforementioned if i am wrong.
