The RFE response has been delivered to the post office and will be in California tomorrow!

Most likely they won't update online and it will be in the mail in two weeks hopefully :D

We are at POE at ORD! My fiancé made it through immigration before I did. We are currently waiting on our connecting flight to Louisville, KY. I am so ready to finally have him home ❤️❤️.

Congrats and hope you are on high ground, a lot of rain there,  my family had two flooded basements.  As a Louisville native myself.  Though moved for work.

It really is an easy RFE.  The hard part is the internet in the Philippines.  This will still be answered today, one way or the other.

Did she get to send everything? :)

The one good thing about the Philippines is that eventually the signal does get better!  Rose was able to send me 10 pages of legal documents for the annulment.  I put the package together and I will take it to the post office after work today.

I am almost sorry I saw it since it describes the mental and physical abuse she faced with her ex-husband.  She had not shared all the details with me before.  I actually cried when I read how he treated her.  I am going to give her a truly comfortable, simple, loving life.

I'm so glad she has you now, you are a great loving person and I wish you nothing but the best. Hopeing for a fast approval and soon to be with her. I myself come from an abusive marriage and I can gurantee you that she is truly lucky to have you now. This post made my heart hurt.

I received a letter from the USCIS stating that my case had been adjudicated and should get a notice of action in 45days. Please can anyone shed some light onto how long this may take? It is getting really depressive waiting for a reply since June 14th. I have also contacted the Ombudsman and my state's Senator for help. Please any info at this moment is helpful info. Thanks and congrats to all the recent good news.

I did, they said since the maximum time for the packet to arrive is 30 days, it is still "normal" because it is not 30 days yet. I can send the slowest mail possible and it still can reach the Embassy in a week. I don't know what they are doing now.

Hi Ly,

I already got ds 160 confirmation page and paid interview fee. My case was shown ready but I havent received Packet 3 yet. I wrote an inquiry to Consulate, hopefully get it soon to be able to get the interview in Mar.

hope everything go smooth for you
