Most of the time she drives, yes. Only a handful of times has she flown. We are lucky enough to live about 3.5 hours from each other, so at least one of us is going through the border every weekend. I truly feel for yallz that live half a world away...that must be extremely tough.

Yeah it's pretty tough but the love overpowers the distance.  Hope you can figure out the dates where she came to visit, just in case the I-94 online thing doesn't work. I think it's different when you drive to the US.

Yes we will have to probably get her NEXUS logs as previously mentioned. Or go through our credit card statements to see when she was here. Thats what we submitted for our RFE....a stack of CC statements, lol.

She does have more paperwork that she will take pictures of and send me.  Right now the signal is so poor nothing is getting through.  She has about 10 pages of supporting docs from the court.

Haven't had time to catch up on reading yet, but just want to update ya'll with the following:

 

I had my medical yesterday! Easy peasy! For NL peeps ( @Little_Vixen) - I only had to take my shirt off, keep bra on. They drew blood, checked my vaccinations (none needed, hooray!), asked a couple questions, checked my heart, lungs, tapping on back asking if so and so was painful, measured my height and weight and checked my eyes. Also had to pee in a cup. Afterwards I had to go to the Xray clinic to get the Xrays done. Easy peasy as well.

 

Also managed to reschedule my interview date! Now March 13th instead of March 27th. If all goes according to plan, I'll work the first week of April (handover) and will fly out some time second week of April. We might even take the chance and book my flight soon, now that there will be 4 weeks between interview and my last day at work. Earlier interview date is just more assuring

 

Then also - I'm part of the recruitment team for my job and we're interviewing the first 2 people tomorrow! Kinda bizarre, but exciting too!

 

Hopefully roughly 6 weeks till POE! Whaaa!

Hope everything works out. Just need a little patience with our internet connection.  It's as slow as molasses in the cold of winter.

It is certainly hit and miss.  It seems better in the morning so she will try again at 3:00 pm my time (5:00 am hers).  I did get one page so far.  I understand why they requested it.  I understand that part but not the "prove we met" part.  I will still try to get this out later today depending on when she can send the court documents.

It really is an easy RFE.  The hard part is the internet in the Philippines.  This will still be answered today, one way or the other.

I think we were waiting about 3 months. We phoned end of November and that's when they told us we were pending. So yeah, you really shouldn't be too long now!

Okay, dumb question time!

I'm filling out the medical questionnaire.

"Have you ever been hospitalised (including psychiatric admission)?"

 

I was operated on in 2007 for a broken hand. Does that count? Wasn't over night or anything. 10am op, out by 9pm. 😳 It's all there on my paper medical records. 'fracture'... Full on snapped the 5th metacarpal in my right hand 😂 had to have a pin and stitches where it came out my hand. (sorry if you're eating)
