Upon further reading, the RFE is also asking for Rose's Final Divorce Decree.  There is no divorce in the Philippines and I sent a certified copy of the PSA issued annulment.  They say what I sent was just the marriage certificate with annulment language on the side.  That is exactly true.  That is what the PSA annulment looks like.  I'm not sure what to do.  Just sent the same thing again?

Does Rose have a copy of the paperwork from the Philippine Court that she submitted to PSA before getting the annulment annotated? Maybe that might help support the PSA annulment paper?

Hey  ladies and gents, So my finance is filling out her DS-160....and its asking to list every time she has ever been to the states....Well it is like over 50 times...She cant remember every time. Even before we started dating she had probably been to the US 20+ times. What should we do? We are thinking maybe list as many times as she can remember and then get her NEXUS log to see how many times she has gone through the border with her NEXUS pass. Thing is that log takes like 30 days to get. Would it be ok to list what she can remember and then bring the NEXUS log to the interview? I called NVC about this last night and they were not very helpful. They just said to list ALLLLLL the times. Thanks in advance for any insight!

She can check her I-94 online. Here's the link https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search

She will have to input her passport number that she used during her recent visit to the US. :)

Yes.  I sent the CENOMAR (CErtificate of NO MARriage) but not the actual annulment paperwork.  I assumed the government stating she is free to marry satisfied the requirement.

How about just adding her I-94 arrival/departure form?

That's great! :) I think sending that together with the PSA annulment certificate you submitted prior might be sufficient. Maybe they just needed another supporting document to go with it. Oh well, with the USCIS there's always a lot of maybes and what ifs... ;)

HI guys, asking here because I know you know more than I do about this stage of the process.

Andy got the email that our case is ready at the London embassy. Does he HAVE to wait for packet 3 or can he schedule his medical now?

Thanks!

Did she drive to the US from Canada? I think there was one person who had the same issue last time. But i can't remember who...

She says that all she has is the CENOMAR.  It is a marriage cert with writing on the side stating that the marriage is annulled and it is signed by the judge.

She says that is all she has but she is looking through her files.

Might be worth a shot? I can't really suggest anything else as i don't really have that much knowledge about annulments in the Philippines. Does Rose have any lawyer friends here? Maybe she can ask them what's the next best thing to a CENOMAR to prove the annulment of marriage?
