I got that email on 2/12 (it just said it was being adjudicated). Hoping that it means a light soon.

I hope so too, the letter I got on 2/13 said still doing security checks. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

 Yeah that sounds like a little of the old grease for the squeaky wheel for sure.    Thank God it's something easy at least! 

 

Start getting your documents together guys because your NOA2 is coming and the NVC stage is a lot quicker these days. It's almost over, Rose and the kids will be with you soon! YASSSSSS!!!!

Yes, same response here but now an email today said my inquiry was being forwarded to the adjudication unit. I’m on day 250 so believe, I feel the pain

Yes we sent an online inquiry and they already sent us a respond. They said that our case is currently adjudicated. And that we have to wait for 45 days 😐

We just take it as a positive response than hear nothing at all.

I put together a beautiful package for our friends in California.  I will send it overnight tomorrow.  If they still dont believe we met there isn't much more I can do.  Passport stamps, pictures, receipts, a notarized statement.  I can't think of anything else.  There were three trips before I filed and two trips after I filed.  If nothing else, they should believe that I met the actual requirement of meeting ONCE in the two years prior to filing.

 

The divorce thing does piss me off.  I used Rapidvisa and my original submission only had the short version of the divorce.  Rapidvisa asked for the entire decree plus the MSA and that is what was eventually sent.  It was signed by the judge and the county clerk.  I know we originally sent what they just asked for but it is an easy fix so off it goes...again.

Seen flights from chicago to manila for around 600-700 using kayak. Searched the end of march/early april. Hope this helps, good luck.
