You did put hard evidence right? Boarding pass etc for those dates you met.

Does everybody's phone also went to a autocorrect spree? Mine changes Ref (when I try to write references) to rfe. TOS to AOS. No1 to noa1 and you see the pattern here...

I attached flight info... but they are asking for stamped passport and so on... I really don’t have much of anything cause I was not thinking about this process. I have details of what we did but not proof, I don’t think they want pictures.

They didn't ask me anything because I didn't get an rfe. But my fiance went into details and told them how we met and how nd when etc. I'm ocd so I made sure everything was on there 😄. Just try to be as detailed as possible and it will be ok.

Yeah flight info only would not be enough at this times.. we didn't have all the boarding passes either but luckily I keep everything.. I'd put passport (also put the bio page don't forget that they usually want it with the stamps) and any other receipts that may put you two together in one of those pictures.

I think that's why, you need proof not just telling them. Maybe more pictures of you both, hotel reservation, passport stamps, boarding pass, if you used your credit card would be more proof. The more you give the better.

Anyone have any suggestions for one of my RFE questions?

 

I marked box 4.a. in Part 3 of the I-129F because I had a citation years ago.  However now they are asking me for court dispositions for a crime indicated under the IMBRA.  Has anyone heard of this happening? I have no idea how to respond to the RFE now, as the only documents I have are for a drinking citation 7 years ago as that is the only court case I have ever had...

Gush! I'm almost there! Our case status says we are READY for interview when scheduled at the US Consular section. We are currently waiting for interview appointment letter and also the NVC letter with case number.

Any idea, how and when can we get the list of requirements needed for the interview?

Until now my US petitioner has not sent his documents to me coz he's waiting for the lists. He wants to be sure that he will fill up correct forms, although I already told him about I-134.

What should be the form for K1 : I-134 or I-864?

To be honest I just have the passport and stamps and very few pics of us together... it was more me taking pics of him and he taking pics of me and pics of the places we visited. Im

a bit nervous about that 😬😬😬 Im sending pics of my second visit which again not that many either but not time

I put whatever boarding passes I could find, with the tickets I could print. 

 

Other than that did they ask for anything specific? Maybe a letter from families or someone who knows you (although I think passport stamps with any boarding pass you can find will suffice.but Just to be on the safe side)

I think it means that they are looking at your rfe because i put in a info request and it showed it was updated on the 17th and then I looked again on the 19th and it said updated, and then look a few hours later before I went to bed and it said the 17th again and I received the call from a USCIS tier 2 agent on Saturday and they told me I had a rfe... don't quote me cuz I'm not sure but maybe it means an agent is looking at the  evidence you sent
