And that response said it was being adjudicated?

Nope. All online and email responses were “pending”. The last Ombudsman inquiry came back as “being adjudicated”.

That sounds positive!

Yes. The Ombudsman’s email did seem less scripted than USCIS responses.

Hey @useful89, congrats on your fiance being with you. Have a great new life together. I have a question, did she need a transit visa from Tunisia to where ever her stop was? I'm from Morocco and I would like to know if I would need one. Thank you

Her transit was morocco so no. If she went through Frankfurt she wouldn't have needed one either

Just FYI to everyone using CEAC to track cases: your NVC case number is always used as 'Immigrant'.  There is a 'Nonimmigrant' case too, but that is assigned to your DS-160 confirmation number - you can look it up, but it will tell you 'No Status'.  Your case will switch from 'Immigrant' to 'Nonimmigrant' when it's close to being issued, but you'll still look it up using the NVC case number as an 'Immigrant' case.

Here's the page where you can browse Montreal consulate reviews going quite a ways back. This has reviews for all kinds of visas, I believe. And you can follow this page to be notified when more reviews are posted, if you like.

I don't know why your RFE is taking so long either, but...hang in there sweetie! You'll have your NOA2 soon. Plus, cases seem to be getting sent to the NVC a lot faster now, so get your documents together if you haven't already! You'll be needing them soon!  :)
