but if you have your nvc number alreay you only need the website. I don't think I have the website on my signature..(I'm not really sure.

Just got off the phone with Tier II.  They say 2 days ago they sent out a request for initial evidence.  I'm not sure what that is but it is some real information for a change.

Does anyone have a review on the Montreal Consulate interview process?

Did they issue the visa after your interview or did you have to wait?

 

I don't know why our RFE is taking this song :(

Hey @useful89, congrats on your fiance being with you. Have a great new life together. I have a question, did she need a transit visa from Tunisia to where ever her stop was? I'm from Morocco and I would like to know if I would need one. Thank you

I hope to fly back with her but if I cannot I’ll need to have a notarized consent that my son can travel internationally with his mother in my absence.

 

Just throwing this out there for the rest of you with children.

My son turned 3 today. Never thought I would miss it.

 

Guess I’ll have to give him another party in a week when I’m there.

Good Morning all! 

Yesterday was a tough day i was up at 5am just because my nerves were all over the place! i waited for my fiance to call me with news but again no text not even before his Interview! there is only 1 hour difference so i was going nuts until 11am USA time when i saw his name on my phone I PICKED UP AND SAID YES HELLO WHAT HAPPEN HE RESPONDED HAPPEN WITH WHAT !!! IM LIKE LISTEN BOY WHAT HAPPEN HOW DID IT GO !!!! HE RESPONDED HOW DO YOU THINK IT WENT ! I GASPED!! IM LIKE OH YOU WANT TO PLAY GAMES!! HE SAID IM SORRY CAN I CRY A LITTLE WITH YOU BABY VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! LORD THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH IM READY READY READY!!!!! GOD IS GOOD AND IM PRAYING FOR ALL THAT ARE LEFT

when they gave me the NVC number they transposed two numbers.  you may need to call NVC again to see if number is correct.  also it takes a few hours to enter into system.

 

 

June 9th NOA1          December 15th NOA2      January 18th NVC Received

January 29th NVC Number     January 31 NVC left    Feb 5th Embassy Received

Feb 9th Filed DS-160 and scheduled interview      March 21st Medical 😭   March 27 second medical 

April 02 medical results   Interview: Grandmother's Birthday. :)  Arrival of Fiancee: 04/13/2018

Wedding Date: 5/27/2018  AOS sent: 6/02/2018 Bio-meterics 8/17/2018  Approved 2 year Green Card: 10/10/2018 Notice of Action 10/15/2018

2 Year conditional Green Card 10/17/2018  Now living our life keeping in mind to fill paperwork for 10 year card 7/20/2020.
