So I realized that I had been logged out of the USCIS website and that’s why I received no responses about my inquiry from 1/29...duh. Anyway, a reply was sent on 2/13 (am yet to receive it) but I’m guessing it will be full of BS lol

Think it’s the same letter everyone else has gotten that it’s still being processed or adjudicated?

Wow I can't believe how most of the people in this group are no longer posting I was hoping to hear some good POE stories!

For my fellow Junies still waiting for NOA2 I'm praying for you guys!!

I second that!!!! It would be great to hear some POE stories... those of us still waiting can really use some inspirational stories to continue on waiting for our turn... 😍😍😍

I’m really hoping for some results this week for all of us waiting for an answer. I said I wasn’t going to obsess about it and just let it go, and I’m really trying. Didn’t check anything the whole day! 😛 but here I am back to the drawing board... waiting and waiting and waiting some more... is it allowed to complain about wait @John & Rose???? 😜 lmbo

Howdy peeps, so I just wanted to confirm with y'all that I didn't just jump the gun a bit. Our case status said "Ready" so I went ahead and scheduled my interview and medical prior to receiving Packet 3/4. Will this cause any issues? Cheers as always folks.

Lol.  I think the rule should be start complaining at day 160.  Are you picking on me because of October?  That was an isolated incident where I was accused of being a troll because someone’s lawyer said this is a 3 month process. I think it may be just slightly longer.

It's been 46 days since my NOA2 was approved and NVC still doesn't have it. I emailed NVCresearch and I just got a reply saying that they RETURNED IT TO USCIS. Why would they do that?? Has anyone heard of this before?? I'm freaking out.

" Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition:  WAC********

We returned the immigrant visa petition  WAC********  to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on 26-JAN-2018.  We do not have a record of receiving your petition back from USCIS. If you have more questions about this case, please contact USCIS."

Oh man not again...

call uscis ask if they again sent it to NRC or something....

I lost my count! I’m past 200 that’s for sure... I stopped counting about a month ago :(

I’m only messing with you about the “complaining about wait time issue” I also think it might just be a little longer than 3 months regardless of what lawyer says... I guess that makes me a troll too 😂😂😂

I have gone through so many phases during this arduous process. There was the wine phase, the reader phase, the madetative phase, the emotional phase, the angry phase, the compassionate phase, but never thought I would go through the troll phase... you live and you learn 😂😂😂

We call this process a “character builder”

nothing official as each case is different but here is a tracker that people have kept with some entries to help others.

What do they mean by lack of proof that the petitioner and beneficiary are legally able to marry? Are they referring to a missing statement of intent or?
