CSC received my RFE materials that my lawyer sent back to them on January 27th and I’m still waiting for a response. They asked for more proof that we met in person before we applied. Well, unless you are going through this process but I wasn’t going or thinking about going through it. They wanted a letter from me explaining how and when we Met.  They received my RFE on Feb 5th, when did they received yours?

I was just thinking about the people remaining feeling lost, with the scans showing movement providing some comfort. 

 

For everybody still waiting please take note of these scans. There are still many people just like you waiting! Nothing is wrong with your case, it just got put on the slow adjudicators desk.

I know that's what I was thinking too. 

 

June only has 2000 cases to scan daily so I think I can handle it at least till daily September starts (then it will be 3 months to scan so I'm not sure if I can run daily 😳)

 

But the important part,  there are still many people waiting and they're just not here. But nobody is actually "left alone"

I’m still here too! Our lawyer mailed the RFE back on Friday, so I assume it will be delivered on Tuesday and in the system sometime next week.
