Everybody needs to relax and have a couple cocktails this weekend.  First, tomorrow is my 57th birthday.  Second, today was a strange one between people asking if they should get pregnant so they can file for an expedite or the poor July couple that just got the NOA2 for their K-1 but they already got married in October.  We all need a break.  Monday is a Federal holiday.  Lets all enjoy the weekend and get back to it on Tuesday.

No, being pregnant is not an excuse for an expedite and yes, filing a K-1 when you are married is visa fraud.../rant

There’s never a dull moment on this site! 😂 Happy Birthday! Let the good times roll 🎉🎂🎈

Thank you.  I plan on spending a lot of time on FaceTime and toasting my beautiful fiancee and her amazing ability to keep a smile on my face and a calmness of character that I have never had before.  My life is good.  The NOA2 will come when it comes. I really can't complain as my life is truly blessed.

I wonder why they even hire real people to be Tier I agents, they can just use a prerecorded message or something since they all say the same things

...Maybe they actually aren't real people...

Obviously, the petitioner was a guy!  We will be happy to get our fiancee pregnant and then leave her for a year while we work through the process!!!

I think my dad would have had a few choice words for my fiance if he did that to me. :jest:

So my american and i got our NOA2 last week, and she just got an email with the NVC number saying it’s all being sent to the london embassy for me. I’m in the middle of completing the ds160 now. Is that okay? Some pages are pointing to the ds260... as far as I’m aware the process is for the “non immigrant” ds160, and once we are married i adjust my status. But the email linked to the ds260 which is “immigrant”...

This entire process is mega confusing and different people/sources say different things. Am i on the right path?

should i be on a different thread? ^^
