They just said

The status on your case is: Your case is currently being adjudicated.

That's what the people on the phone told me too for the last two months.

Ohh ok...they just tell me it’s pending or whatever

Anyone who has some advice for us - my fiance is moving home with her family for the last few weeks before her interview as she is leaving her University.  We used her new mailing address when we completed our DS-160, but I am see posts of other filers sending emails to the consulate with the new address as well.  I thought the DS-160 address change would be sufficient based on other posts I read, is this not the case?  FYI - Our Embassy is Rio De Janeiro in Brazil.  Anyone done a beneficiary change of address with them after NOA2??

I-129F Sent: June 22nd, 2017 (via attorney) :D

I-129F Received: June 30th, 2017 (USCIS date) :)

I-129F NOA1: July 5th, 2017 (VJ date)

I-129F NOA2: January 16th, 2018 :D

Whooo! Got my interview scheduled!

Medical on Feb 26th, interview March 27th. Pfff! Had wanted an earlier interview date, which was available 2 days ago, but I had to wait for the system to process my visa fees payment. Earlier dates now gone. Will keep checking to see if an earlier slot opens up :)

That is/was somewhat dependent on when my interview would be. Had it been 2 weeks earlier, I would have wanted to fly out first week of April (need to work till March 31st anyway). So now that that plan has pushed back, interview on March 27th, passport hopefully back within a week (if no AP), so then flying out second or third week of April. I'm very eager to go, but also don't want to pay for the most expensive flight! If I can save money by flying out a couple days later, that's what we'll do :)

I'm so happy for you

Fingers crossed you get an earlier slot and don't get an AP.

Yup. got a letter saying that my case is being adjudicated.

Your approval will arrive very soon if your case is currently being looked at. In fact it may be in the mail already.

I saw you commented they said the same thing for months, are you certain of that? I’ve never heard that they’ve said it’s currently being looked at for months, which is why I’m going off of the letter and think you’re getting good news soon.
