Yes!  Every single response I have received before this one (including the Congressional inquiry) stated to check back in either 30 to 45 or 30 to 60 days.  This one didn't at all.  Here is the email this time...

According to our records, your petition is assigned to an officer and under review. While we are unable to predict a specific date by which a decision will be rendered in your case, you will receive further correspondence in due course.

If you have any new inquiries, you can always contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) by calling 1-800-375-5283, via TTY at 1-800-767-1833 or submit an E-request via our website.  A customer service representative should be able to assist you when you call the above toll-free number or you may submit an E-request via https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do .

Respectfully,
Officer TX 0449
USCIS California Service Center

A form response, but good that an officer is currently reviewing you application. They wouldn't let you know if your file has been delayed due to it being overlooked... Can you imagine an e-mail that said, "Oops, someone was using your file to balance the short leg of their table, so sorry..."

There needs to be much more accountability in our immigration department.

I was just happy that it disintegrated say to check back in 60 days.  This is the first response that I felt like there may actually be some movement.

I would love to hear them say they misplaced it.  At least there would be some relief from wondering if it even exists anymore.

Just GCP. Because CFO does not consider a K-1 visa as an immigrant visa. PDOS is for immigrant visa holders.

I have just received another email response to one of my inquiries.  This time they say that I am assigned to an adjudicator and is "under review" but cannot estimate when it will be completed.  At least it is something different from the other responses.  I'm not sure if I believe it but I am going to take it as good news.

I got a good feeling about that email. The long, excruciating wait will soon come to an end. Finally!

It was "at NVC" for 6 days (Including weekends).

It changed to "in Transit" Just yesterday.

So hopefully today, or sometime next week it would be "Ready" :)

Monday or Tuesday for sure. The embassy in Manila does it electronically so it will be pretty quick.:D

yeah! I'm comparing it to your timeline so I think we'll have it early next week.

Getting all my documents ready while waiting. Got my NSO BC yesterday, now I'm waiting for the CENOMAR.

I didn't know that the CENOMAR takes longer than the BC and it's delivered separately. I got so confused when I just got one envelope from 2Go yesterday.

Yeah I got both yesterday but they came in two separate deliveries and couriers.
