I'll check it this week. Or check their noa2 date and if it is earlier than these I believe it would be mail only. But I don't think there's a regular way now. It can be both.

@Stanley & Brandi for example says noa2 on 12th so I'm sure they were updated online.

My stomach is in knots 🤢

I if we can re-apply if we get denied... 🤔 I hate not knowing what my future looks like...

@Mike and Wendelyn @Stanley & Brandi And one more I think got NOA2. I’m wondering if they were notified by the app or online or they just got the mail notification.

We called USCIS and that's how we found out it had been approved. By later that day the app sent us notifications by text and email.

Good morning all! Figured I'd give an update. Paul had his medical this morning! All in all, it seemed to go as well as it could have. Most importantly, he said the doctor was very casual and friendly and made it seem less intimidating. He also seemed very confident in the process and what would happen next. He got poked and prodded a lot, and he has to go have the x-ray done in the morning, but all in all everything checked out.

He said there's a form or list the doctor has to complete that he sends to the embassy. Because the interview is next week, it's possible they'll make him wait another week or so to find out for sure if and when he's approved and will get his passport (which seems to be pretty common lately for a lot of people). For any other Swedes around here - doesn't sound like the Swedish physical is anything much to worry about, he said everyone was very nice.

I know he's just glad to have this behind him, and so am I.

Håll ut, y'all.

What date did you send back your RFE response?

If its been 10 days, you should call them... their standard working time when I called for my RFE those few weeks ago was 7-10 days so it would be worth a shot, just to see and try to put your mind at rest.

I know at least @Lotts did get noa2.

Not going to lie, I'm still dancing. It's been a heck of a bumpy ride. More downs than ups.

It's all up from here, right??

10 days today! Will call, I didn’t know they had a standard time. I have seen people on that list with an RFE sent early in January so I felt I was just being impatient. Thanks dear! ❤️

Keep us posted on how it goes...I’ll keep that in mind for my next round of cage rattling. Good luck!!

I just submitted through the Ombudsman.  It was pretty straight forward but have you inquiry tracking numbers available.  They are required for the form.

I looked at this too, but it says it has to be 60 days past normal processing times apparently before you can submit it

But mention the November approvals.  They took my submission.  I dont know what they will do with it but I've already gotten 2 emails back confirming the information.
