Just got off the phone with Tier II.  They say 2 days ago they sent out a request for initial evidence.  I'm not sure what that is but it is some real information for a change.

Hi all quick question. I’m an August filer and I was wondering do we send the hard copy with signature all the papers i134, employment letter, tax return, etc. through mail or just email it?

Always through mail.

Same here, I have a inquiry pending from a few weeks ago. They told me to call them after February 15th, lets see what happens tomorrow...

Hello all! June 23 flier here. My fiancé is doing her medical exam today and we received an interview date for March 8 at the Jakarta Embassy. We are very excited. Once we got the NVC number, things are moving so fast! Especially compared to what we are used to. Hang in there June fliers and be prepared for the sudden change in speed! Thoughts with all of you who are still waiting!

I think this diverse convo happens because some embassies mixes it up causing 2 different answers..

 

similar thing happened about uk not asking for 2 I-134 if there's a co-sponsor but that one crazy CO asked for it.

yea, Nigeria allows for scanned I-134's

They asked if it could be sent by email. I advised to send it by mail, as I assumed they were asking how to submit the form - not if the form had to have a wet signature.

 

Thank you though. I needed a dose of rudeness to take me down a notch, since you know so much better than I do.

I understand but saying it all has to be mailed is just demonstrably false.

Yes and now we learnt that :) 

 

note: I thought it needed mail too.. now I'll be nicer to my fiancé as I was pushing him a LOT to bring it with him...
