RFE ....

The USCIS is rejecting my notarized Certificate of Divorce Absolute issued by The State of Massachusetts Probate and Family Court

also ..

saying they do not have indication of intent to marry from Danjiao.  Could have sworn we included a letter with a clear cut statement.

Rapid Visa checked over all this ......

I sense a pissing match with USCIS ..... headed down to the Probate Court right now to tell them that the FEDS do not think much of their documentation.  WARNING to others who have the misfortune of living in Massachusetts.

Well that sucks. USCIS has been known to lose documents before, so I'm guessing this is what's happening to you.

Do they want a signed letter from a judge confirming your divorce?

We used Rapid Visa, too.  They would not allow my notarized Certificate of Divorce.  I had to send the entire MSA with the judge's signature.  Just resend the letter of intent!  This is good.  Your petition will be approved as soon as you satisfactorily respond to the RFE!  Keep the chin up, this is actually good news.  A bit of a PITA but good news, nonetheless.

What did they ask you for on your RFE if you don’t mind?

How we met, more photos within the last 2 years (totally sent one of us next to a massive peen from when we went to Amsterdam... Because we are adults), clearer images of my passport stamps... He also didn't tick the box to say we met through a marriage broker.

I'm not getting excited until he tells me what it is. I was close to throwing up earlier when he told me he got the scan. A mix of anxiety and my illness. I don't know how he is so cool about it all. 😐😳
