Ok John,

Seems like the 2-3 people I saw, either here or on Facebook...hmm ... Anyway, break up and then within a day or two get approved.... You get where I'm going with this?.. he he

So breakup, act all mad to each other....Get approved... Then get back together and enjoy NOA2..:jest:

That works for me but I can’t tell Rose. She can do so much better than me!

Have you actually spoken to somebody at the NVC?

They may have sent you to Embassy already.....Administration Process is a generic answer....I was in "Administration Process" for about 20 days after the NVC told me over the phone we were approved and given me my # over the phone.  if you can get the case number you can do your DS 160 and prepare your 134 and schedule medical before the Embassy even receives the case.....that way you will be ready to schedule the day they get it.

Don't wait for mail or email/online updates....talk to the NVC and Embassy directly.  They are way more friendly and helpful then USCIS!

Don't fret about this. Stuff will start happening very quickly now even if its delayed a few weeks you are 90% through the process

Ours left NVC 30 days from NOA 2 so I think that is normal. After that it was fast already.

I'm afraid not... but they told me that I was in AP after the other person had giving me case number....so I don't really know what it means.  that's why I thought It was a generic answer....but it could have been confusion on their part.  If I find out more ill let you know.

I know some countries allow it but Canada doesn't.

I wish we had a list of this so people would be able to find out....we are all in the dark until we actually find out the hard way in most cases.

I heard many conflicting answers when I was asking around about this last month....even my attorney was confused.  but thankfully a fellow Polish VJ member set me right so we were able to get a little head start on getting ready!
