That is true at least I have light at the end of the tunnel,  the K2s added a month to my interview date.  but then they are back logged since the country was under political protests and electricity and other things were shut down sporadically since November so we are blessed.

I am so happy for you.  I can't even imagine being at that point.  Why did the K2s add a month there?

since they interview the children too, it was the only date they had open to all the same day.  I do not know why it would take that more time.  If I want to give different dates for each I could get it done faster, but that means multiple trips to the embassy.

at this point I will take what they gave me, but it does not mean I will not be calling to see if it can not be move up or if there were any cancellations.  I figure the interviews will most likely be less than five minutes for the over 16 K2s.

How old are they?  My understanding is that we just schedule the K-1 in Manila and the K-2s just go with her.  I haven't quite been at a point where I'm even thinking of that.  I thought I read that Manila takes them all at once.  My K-2s are 17 and 15.

Once we received our MCN number, we moved super quick. I have a timeline in my signature. My fiance' attended medical while the status was still "at NVC". His interview was a week later (the 5th). His passport is currently en route to be delivered at 2go in Batangas City. It all happened very quick. I'd say from the time we received our MCN to his visa (almost) on hand was 15 days (including weekends). Once you get the MCN number from NVC, you pretty much have control of the process. When was your NOA 2 date? Have you received a case number (MCN) from NVC

Yeah I noticed that the process was really fast right after getting the MCN.

We don't have the MCN number yet. Did you call NVC or did you just wait for a letter in the mail or email?

I'm thinking that he should call and check if they already have our files. The Notice date in our NOA2 is January 31. So if we follow that then it's been 10 days since it was approved.

The USCIS website is still not updated.

16 and 18, the 18 year old has me worried through this process but they are minors there until 21

Yes I have a k2 and we both got the same case number and will get the same interview date. All kids go with the k1 date, less than 14 don't get interviewed just tag along

More than 14 will get asked some questions but will be the same time as your fiancee.

I sent an email to NVC inquiry if they had received our case about two weeks into January and I only called twice. The second time they had received our case. It took 32 days from NOA 2 for them to receive our case and assign a MCN number. NVC responded to my email after they received my case.

Hello, so I just received my case and invoice # from NVC, only took 1 week after NOA2. Now how to i track if it has arrived or I on it's way to the embassy? What is the next step after case # is assigned?

Did you get your number today?

I’m asking because they were closed yesterday and I wonder if they’re working today
