I have both as well, and wasn't asked for either hence my surprise after seeing @Jolie&Charles's question.

Edit:  found this online, so I think we're good :)

I think this is what it is !!

The question before for me (after I said I am unemployed) was "WERE you previously employed?"

Like to know if I always been unemployed or what..

And THEN "have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?"

So yes it did not appear because you are employed still. I am sorry for causing you stress I thought the ds160 was same for everyone. And thanks for clarification 🤗

Team work! Hurahh!

Oh, excuse my typos from my last post. I was on the phone to an Area manager and was trying to update a spreadsheet at the same time. I am so terrible when it comes to excel! @Naes @Hadassah123

She just called me... and she's APPROVED!!! It doesn't seem real. She has to go back Wednesday to get her passport. She said they looked at nothing: no extra evidence, no affidavit of support, and that there was a group of people and she was the first called. So this weekend is the last one I spend here without her...I can't believe it.

Congratulations!!!!

No problem dear! It's just that I've got my DS160 confirmation printed and am sending it to the consulate today. Would have just taken more time if I'd have to redo the whole thing.

I thought it was the same for everyone as well.

At least now we know the answer in case it comes up again :)

So you never could post anything apart from text since you open your account? In that case there must be a different problem then.

Yes! It says everything is too large to upload

Hello all,

We just got an RFE today... at least we got a response. i need more evidence that we've met in the past 2 years. I've sent multiple pictures with dates on them and a flight itinerary with a flight that we've both been on.

I plan to write a statement about how we have met in the past year and photo copy our passport stamps for when we flew to taiwan together.

We will meet next weekend, is there anything that we can add to this package for proof of meeting? Thanks for any help and for all the help this group has provided!

-Chaz

What is your NOA1 date?

please follow this topic of july to see how things are going for July filers;

There are about 10 july 3 filers waiting with you :)

Same holds true for June I suspect? Seems like the only thing that’s really getting updated online are RFEs?

We’re the emails you received yesterday from your most recent inquiry? Any other inquiries pending at this point?

The email was about the latest inquiry.  This was from the Tier II call.  There is still an older (Jan 30) inquiry that still is at the "was assigned to agent..." that was from the online inquiry.

Right now I have that one and my Congressman will do another inquiry on Feb 12.  That would be one month from the initial congressional inquiry.
