Did you call them first? or straight up email?

I emailed them very early on, right after filing my petition, can’t ever remember why now lol...  they did answered very quickly, unfortunately it was a refusal of my inquiry. 🤷‍♀️

Good luck guys. Tag me if you get an update!

Wow... Just... Wow.

And they STILL won't tell me if they received it. 😑😑😑😑😑

Did you use USPS?

Cause I know that Fedex and UPS doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes.

I have no idea. It was done through Staples. Had a fight with them as they should not have taken it, seeing as it is a PO Boxno. (Neither me  or him knew this)

It's at the right building, apparently. We have a name for the guy who signed it, but no one wants to tell us if it had been officially received.

Mr keeps getting the same answers from a Tier 1 and had given up. Massive fight between us has lasted 2 days now. 😔

USCIS can suck my left one! I just want a damn answer so we know whether to send our sh!t again.

If I were you, I’d just re-send it.

Who cares if they get it twice. Better that than not getting it at all.

Ummm, I didn't request my case to expedite but this morning I got an email from NVC, or this is a normal thing from NVC?

@George & Roth did you get the same email also?

Yep, we got the same email, along with another one saying to fill out the DS160 etc etc.

Our petition is now at the Embassy in Manila and I've submitted my DS-160 today. I can't believe we are so close to the finish. It is so surreal.

I didn't realize that packing bags can be like a roller coaster of emotions. I was crying while packing! Tears of joy because I am finally going to be with the man I love, and tears of sadness because I am leaving my life and my family behind.

I am looking forward to starting a new life with Tony, but I will never forget to look back and cherish all the wonderful memories that is, the Philippines.

I got my approval on 12-22. Still nothing from the embassy yet. How do they contact you when they receive you application. And how long did it take them from your approval date. We are also going through the Philippines embassy. Any input would be awesome

Guys, I am done with  my dad's  funeral, thanks for everyone  for your prayers. Now I am back to  USCIS  stresses again. Our case is active  for 225 days today. What should  I do? I haven't  called  or emailed  them? Should  I? I been  very  patient, now I can't  anymore.

Hey guys ! Looking for some help . Our case was received by NVC on 31 January , so it’s already been a week since there is no movement , no case number has been assigned. We are starting to get worried since most of people got their case# the same day it was received. I’ve heard of some “new kind of system” they are applying , but there is no logical explanation why it has to take so long. Has anybody else gone through the same situation? What did NVC tell you to explain? Thanks a lot
