Just one. Medical will look at it and then take a copy.  Embassy you need to take the original and a photocopy - they will look at the original and keep the copy.

Fill it out on your DS-160

My police report was sent it with my application.

Does this mean I will have to get another one?

Day 245.  FB is talking about an October approval.  I assume it is expedited but the August approvals yesterday was such a kick in the ballz.  Meanwhile I believe this is day 257 for @Trinab80.  I sure hope they hear something soon.  They are the priority right now.

Good luck everyone.

Actually, I'm on day 260. Only 10 days away from waiting 9 months for a NOA2 or RFE (if I don't get anything between now and then).

Most likely the October is an expedite, although, I've been seeing July and & August in the mix with June.

There are 5 of us left in the May filer group still waiting and out of the 5, only one of us has had their case touched and is waiting on an approval after submitting the RFE response. (2 of us are from Jamaica, 1 from Senegal, 1 Philippines (RFE response awaiting approval), and 1 from Brazil).

But keep me in the loop if you and when you get yours John. And I will definitely do the same!

I’m the beneficiary. I don’t believe it needed to be sent with the petition.

Aslong as it’s dated within 6 months (which it’s probably not due to how long this process has taken) you will need another.

the ones in the U.K. are valid for 12 months, but some people have been put in AP to get a more update one despite it being valid.

I'm going celebrate this extension of my single life for just a few extra weeks .... hmmm .... really odd to have neither an approval, nor a denial nor a RFE.

I keep checking.

He really had a go at me yesterday for asking to call tier 2 to see if they had received the papers. All I've done is give him directions to talk to the right person as he seems to hit brick walls.

"I'm done with running around after you..." Along with other pleasantries. 😔

I'm really fed up now. He's laying into me, I'm not sleeping well, not eating well, sick every day... Stress is playing havoc with me now.

I've waited since April.

Even had the flickering thought of jacking it all in. He's not bothered by anything, everything keeps going wrong, I'm getting really sick over all this...

Off to have a cry now and hug my cat. 👋😂

Please hang in there.  Think about you love and not this horse $hit process.  The process has nothing to do with your love.  Be strong.  We are praying for you.  Separate the process from the love.  Think of this as a really hard 4th level college course that you need to graduate.  The stress is real but the reward is worth the stress.

Really?  5 of you here?  With us being 8% that means that means there are about 60 May filers waiting.

Please give them all my best.  I was only aware of you.

Just read your post and my only piece of advice to you and your fiancé is to not fall apart right now. You two are soooooo close to getting your approval. Based on what I've seen thus far, people that have gotten RFE's have gotten their approvals roughly 2-3 weeks later, definitely not past a month, so you guys are close.

I totally understand being fed, not eating, sleeping, etc., (I'm 260 days in waiting 10 days away from waiting 9 months for a NOA2 or RFE). You guys have to remain calm and not shift the anger and frustration on each other. You and your fiancé didn't cause the wait, this is all on USCIS!!! As long as he mailed off what was requested in the RFE and followed the instructions, all you can do is wait for the next and hopefully, final step. From your timeline it looks like you just mailed in about 2 weeks ago. Give it some time before you have him call.

Take this time to refocus your energy on what matters most and realize that this too will past and be a faded memory (easier said than done, I know), but don't throw it all away now when you've made it this far.

Yep...

We may be the old-timers but the October and November approvals are skipping 10,000 petitions.  There has to be some explanation

Yes definitely.  It shouldn't have been included with the application and you will need it for other stages where they dont have your packet to hand to look at, such as medical.
