Yes, thinking my my “strategy” will be 🤔 They told me I should hear something by the 20th...did you get the same answer? So my guess is we’re going to get the same story if we can before then...but I’m not totally ruling it out

They sometimes use an enquiry as an excuse not to give ou any further information, but if it has been approved since your last call they would tell you that for sure. Well.... not for sure, this is USCIS!

If they didn’t give you a date to expect something by, then you l’ll probably get further than I will at this point. I know they’ll just give me the same story about waiting. This is getting a bit nutty though, don’t you think? Do we have the luck of having our cases on the same person’s desk and this person is MIA for some reason? Lol

Thank you! I am glad this part is over! I'm guessing they all just had a case of the Monday's : ).

And here i am thinking i should book my interview on a Monday since it's a fresh new day of the week... Lol I guess i might have to reconsider that or maybe just deal with it. As my fiance would say...Be brave, live dangerously. Lol

Hey All, my fiancee has a visa in Ghana lived there for a few years an just kept extending the visa he never became a permanent resident, but because of his address in Ghana they forwarded his petition there .... after we requested it to Nigeria they said no because he lives in Ghana.....the issue is we are wondering will we have to get a permanent resident card from Ghana or can he just use his visa? mind you his Ghana visa is not expired but it says if you live in ghana for a certain time you must become a resident...will this you think affect the interview? does he have to apply for permanent resident card? that is 500 bucks and it takes 2 weeks to process .... just confused on should we just used his visa and passport.

Did you ask if he/she ever had to stay away this long because of something that wasn't even in their control for this long....

Hey, I have a question about the sponsorship forms. My fiances mom is cosponsoring me and on the forms it asks for individual income tax returns but she files jointly with her husband. Does she put the joint income tax return? Or What?

Put w2 or employment letter with the tax returns so they can separately see the sponsors income.
