Just got off the phone with Tier II.  They say 2 days ago they sent out a request for initial evidence.  I'm not sure what that is but it is some real information for a change.

Be careful. Immigration is a favorite topic of his. It may be better to try to sneak by under the radar!

 

It will happen for us soon. Heck, there were 10 August approvals today!  Eventually they have to get to us.  

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Then app updated to Approved on the 31st. So it didn't take them too long, with any luck they actually have it now and will power it through!
 

Yeah, we did ours the same day.

 

Ugh. Sit and wait some more. 

I should be good at this waiting lark, considering.

Possibly! They replied to me with an approval and actually told me my case was approved on 1/26 not 1/30 like it said on the website and app. An approval is coming your way! :)

That’s totally not true. They can tell you if your response was received.  Why do they get off on lying to us???

I-129F arrived (by USPS): 6/12/2017 (Date recorded on NOA1)

NOA1 email received: 6/14/2017

NOA1 hard copy recieved: 6/19/2017

RFE Recieved: 12/30/2017

RFE response sent: 1/2/2018
RFE response recieved: 1/3/2018

NOA2: 1/12/2018
NVC Recieved: 1/26/2018
NVC Case Number Assigned: 1/26/2018
NVC Sent To Embassy: 2/2/2018

Medical (London): 2/5/2018

Interview (London): 2/23/2018 - APPROVED

Visa On Hand: 3-2-2018 - Home Delivery

POE (Atlanta, GA): 3/13/2018 (booked)

Yeah, they put my USC straight through to tier 2 and they were just like "yup, we received it on Thursday, it's here. we haven't gotten around to processing it yet, though."

You must've got someone having a bad day or something, eesh. Give it another go!

That's true, I would be fine with an expedite fee at this point. Maybe a little nudge to get the case moving... they could make so much more money off us!
