Hey my JUNE Filers miss you all, been getting prepared after NVC, I have a question PLEASE  help Question, Is it compulsory that my fiancee apply for a permanent resident for Ghana since his petition was forwarded there? (He is Nigerian but living in Accra, Ghana but only uses passport WITH Ghana visa, he has never became a permanent resident all though he has lived there for about 4 years.....it cost about 500! to apply for that, I checked he would have to gather all these documents to be processed within 2 weeks.) WE are on the fence about what to do because NVC clearly forwarded it to ghana because of his address listed in the petition, will the consulate ask for a permanent resident document? please advise ..Im thinking 500 just for the interview to show he resides there? TIA

Sounds great! I'm seriously thinking of relocating to Houston or Atlanta area. I work for HPE, so that's why those two areas. I'm going to wait for her and visit both areas and see what she likes best before deciding.

I don't have a May scan, but it looks like how April and March used to look.... Shoegum is posting it weekly or biweekly. 

The things is, they do work on every month. and I don't think it actually in an order, as I saw April cases getting worked on too.

 

It is just they don't finish a month to go to next and unfortunately that is what it is... if some case stuck in a background check, it is just that it is waiting to finish and get in an order again...

I am trying to see my status at NVC case tracker ,which i was able to see in morning that my case was still at NVC.

NOW THIS IS THE MESSAGE I GET -The code entered does not match the code displayed on the page.

i do know i am entering the correct code -i don't know why site keep on mentioning the code is not correct when it is correct.

Any one had same issue ?please guide me

So dear Junies, I know this week didn't go as well as we thought. 

We still saw some movement through mails and also some RFE7s got their approval happily!

 

And hopefully we will get some of the no movement dates in the next few weeks... With that said,

Yes overall through the online updates it seems like they put July as a main, and June is the following month.

 

It also looks like they went ahead with 6/19 which is a date that doesn't really move online much!

Good question! Hasn’t it been at that same number for awhile? I don’t think 6/22 has had a lot of online movement either

All I can say it is not out of the trend when June and May was following each other, it was around 3rd week june became stronger. However may was still getting lots of news (I remember cause I was doing both months back then) so I find it normal.

 

it is usually the point where you see 50% on vj timelines approved case percentages than usually a week after that the next month gets stronger.

Guys it is just they're not updating.. june didn't even move much when I renewed the graph. Don't think much about those numbers really..

These backgrounds checks are taking longer and longer it seems.

 

And I can't imagine people from April still waiting! That's awful, I wish them a very quick approval. I don't think my relationship would survive that!
