Approved Jan 29 (RFE received Jan 24). No update on the website.

Our response to the RFE was received two weeks ago.

NOA2 - Feb. 2

Sent on Friday last week. No problems. 

Just called and they don't know where it is. Apparently, they don't mail to PO Box numbers so it's at what ever additional address was on the envelope. Someone has signed for it but it is in another place that isn't the I129f pigeon hole

We don't know what the hell is going on and nor does anyone else! Lots of phone numbers, dead lines, unmanned phones...

 

Seriously, what the #### is this joke of a company playing at?! What the hell was that $500 odd for?

 

This is causing SO much stress and tension.

 

Anyone else had this problem? 😑

 

[Edit] Just seen that on their website they don't deliver to PO Box... Erm... So why accept the package and take his money?! 😠😠😠😠

What packet? USPS LOST MY RFE PACKAGE I SENT LAST week. I have been told I needed to wait and that’s all they can tell me to do. I have been ridiculed by USPS employees with the other customers for being upset at not knowing where my time sensitive documents were. This week has been a nightmare.

I had to overnight it pay top $$ for it to get there Monday because that is the “only” service that is guaranteed. It was very upsetting to say the least to have these employees ridicule my allegations about their ruthless reply to my discontent. I’m normally an understanding person when it comes to mishaps like this but you can’t tell me to sit and wait because that is what “ I HAVE TO DO”. So rude and disrespectful.

So just got off the phone with the Tier II Immigration Officer. He took a look at our file and does not see any recent movement. He said our file has been assigned to an officer, but the officer has not made any progress on our case yet...

He then put me on hold so he could put in a note to the officer to contact us, and that we would hear back in 2-3 weeks. Last thing he said was not to call back for 5 weeks! 

 

The immigration officer was nice, and I hope the note he sent to the officer helps get our application moving. I'm still feeling frustrated, looks like it's going to be another 2-3 weeks minimum. I guess some officers are much slower than others...

Jesus I admire you! I can’t even make myself think past the NOA2 right now cause if I do I will be institutionalized, I promise you! I know vocaledge will be mad at me for not reading what’s next lmbo but I have to keep my sanity or what ever is left of it! This is just too much to digest, thankfully Atti and I never ever argue about the time or the process. (Just the omission of one very important detail but he is forgiven for that 😂😂😂 we can let one slide for the poor fella)
