All the very best!  We have not received any email as well, and for this reason I am quite apprehensive of scheduling the interview because they will only allow you to reschedule the interview 2x; there were filers here who scheduled their interview but their papers were NOT REVIEWED YET BY THE US EMBASSY MANILA  and when they went to US Embassy they were told to reschedule and come back.

I would appreciate if you could share how it would be on Monday.

Nothing wrong, immigrant visa to search your nvc number. So if it shows at nvc, it still at visa center and hasn't been sent to conulate yet.

NVC received our case on the 26th and no NVC number yet. Last time Marc called they told him that they have to get used to the new electronic system and it could last two weeks.

We received a letter for the RFE on January 8th for more photos and a different copy of my divorce decree. I followed the instructions and included more evidence (much of it duplicated from the application submission because the RFE letter requested it): flight and hotel recipts along with passport pages), included photos with an explanation on the back of when, where, and who is in the photo, a notarized letter from my father attesting that he has been aware of our relationship and has met my fiancée, and organized and tagged all the documents by date.

 

I sent the package overnight on the 11th and it was received the 12th. Someone touched our file on the 19th with no status update and no letters in the mail since then. Repeated calls have yielded little more than “you need to wait 60 days”, which puts us at March 13th.

 

Is it possible that our case was lost? Flagged for something and is languishing in some sort of audit?

 

I know patience is our virtue here, and the wait is something we must do...I just feel...impossibly anxious and desperate that something is really wrong with our case.

Im having an anxiety attack as I type this. USPS has either lost or misplaced my RFE response packet since Jan 25 and all they tell me is that I have to sit and wait until it shows up somewhere. I’m thinking about sending a new one today with the copies I made of the documents sent. I can’t even believe this 😭

so you know they got it but they say they can't find it?

 

Wait a bit , but at the same time put it together one more just in case. 

 

You probably don't have the rfe letter etc though right? Can you maybe ask them to send it to you again if they can't find it soon

 

i really think we've seen everything that can happen with uscis this year!

Breathe Luv. Just breathe. Nothing is lost. You still have copies of all the documents. Take a deep breath. Arrange the package again. And resend it. Only a few days delay. You've gone through months of waiting, these few days are nothing. Everything is going to be just fine. Just send the copies and have your approval in no time.

Luckily I made copies of everything and saved the original letter RFE letter for me. I just have to develop new pictures and explain this are my copies I’m resending in the event they never receive the previous package. What offends me the most is the attitude of USPS workers toward the situation. These are time sensitive documents and I relied on their service for a faster delivery option (which I paid more $ for).

Trying to. Been up since 2 am just pondering what the heck is going on in my life. I just texted  my fiancée and said, Atti, I really need a win right now” it’s just all overwhelming. On top of everything work is a bit chaotic now and unstable and that was my happy place at the moment. Just feel like the ground is shaking beneath my feet and my partner is not here to hold my hand as lame as that sounds 😭

Lost, misplaced, delayed, on a plane somewhere, no one knows. All they know is that it left Florida but there is no further info as to where it is or when will they know where it is.

So I thought it was uscis. Just resend everything as @Little_Vixen said don't even think about them finding it..

Ignore them and resend it. I can't believe how can they lose something going to a government office!
