My employer just addressed it as "To whom it may concern" and printed it on our institution's letter head.

Makes sense, thanks darling!

@Naes

I wanted to let you know about our case as we've moved forward:

6/21: NOA1

1/05: NOA2

1/26: NVC receive

1/31: NVC "in transit" & "ready"

2/5: Going to get police reports. He's just going to take the NOA2 forms with him unless we get his packet by then.

2/9: Medical scheduled @ Seibo. We called yesterday, the earliest spot they had was on Tuesday, but you need to bring the packet with you, so we're giving it a week and a little to make sure they have enough time to send the documents to us. He also didn't have his flu shot done this year, so they'll take care of that there too.

=======

The rest isn't booked, but it's what we're planning on doing:

2/14 or 2/16: Police certificate pickup. They say it takes "10 days", not sure if they mean business days or not. We'll see on Monday.

2/16 or 2/19: Interview! We're planning on picking up the medical results directly from Seibo instead of waiting for them to be mailed. The medical results are available 3 days after your medical for pickup, or it will take about a week for them to be sent. He lives in Shizuoka, so we're planning on picking them up either the day before the interview if it is a morning appointment, or the morning-of if it is an afternoon appointment.

3/2 or 3/9: POE!

Was the divorce decree signed by the judge?  I know that is a constant issue.  They need the file that has the judges stamp and signature.

I looked at the copy of everything we had sent and saw that we have sent a stipulated judgement, signed by a judge. I'm not sure now if that is the same as an divorce decree:o

NVC is showing as ready!!!!

I just wanted to check though.. It tells me on the CEAC website when I track my case I now need to wait for an interview appointment letter? Is this true or can I speed up the process by phoning or submitting something online???

I still need to book my medical but wanted to have my police records in hand before I do that (expect delivery end of next week)

Ive filed my DS-160 already but should there be something else I should be doing in the meantime?

Thanks guys!

For those who have not seen the latest 'updated# info (which as we know is not necessarily accurate), this is from the last few days...

As we have stated, we are no longer allowed to post personal information such as case numbers - and looking at your own individual case through the USCIS website is (as it always has been) your best way to check your own case... these scans are just to see overall movement...

I had submitted one also! Of course haven’t received this email though 😬 Good luck to us both! Sounds like you’ll be the next one voted off the island!!

Im praying for it. when did you submit yours?

I submitted mine on 1/29...at first it didn’t  work so I thought maybe they were counting my visit to the field office on 1/23 as an inquiry but then was able to get it to go through. Fingers crossed !! 🤞🏻

Of course I will!! I'm embarrassingly lost with all this... do you have a link of the website i can book my interview on? Also I notice I also need to fill out a DS-260 form... Is this correct?

No, mine isn’t yet...hence why you’re getting voted off the island first! Think your lawyer helped!!
