I tried to check if one of my old haunts had this as the name was familiar, but it could have been a different "cow" beer. The bar I had in mind carries 300 beers at a time, many bottles (of course cannot have that many drafts)

I see no reasons it would hinder anything though. 

It doesn't ask anywhere for the NVC number, only the WAC, so I don't know if it'll ever get connected without some human initiative. I've recently filled it out and haven't been assigned an NVC number yet. Surely they can work out who we are in the system.. Suuuuurely
