For those who'd responded to an RFE ... how long did it take before you guys heard back from USCIS?  And when you heard back from USCIS, was it an approval or did you get another RFE? We've been waiting for 5 business days ... not sure if this is a reasonable wait time to call Tier 2 for the result.

Our RFE was not a complicated one.

Thank you!

I received an RFE on Nov. 27. 2017.

They received my RFE on Dec. 12. 2017.

I got my NOA2 on Jan. 31, 2017.

My process was quite long, but others have been wayyyy shorter so keep the hope alive!

Hi all just a quick question. I’ve been reading mixed things regards to the interview, we never made a second copy of our petition we put together, is it even necessary to have this for the interview? as they are going to have our petition in front of them during the interview anyway(@london embassy once approved lol) obviously I’m going to take up to date evidence like my recent travels, messages etc... along with the necessary forms needed for the interview.

Trying not to stress over it as we never saved the form I-129f when we filled it out.

hope it’s not needed

From my understanding, the copy is there for your reference, not for USCIS.

Not sure how long it will take, but it's normal to go to AP before it's issued.  Hopefully done today/tomorrow as his medical results were sent last Friday.

Just the beneficiary's BC.  The petitioner's U.S. citizenship has to be proven in the I-129F.

I did it back in June, I'm just going to do it again because I like to do things repeatedly.

I like to have things up to date myself. I didn't know if we were to resubmit a form if it would hinder anything.

I think it is not connected to your number but the new one will be? I forget honestly it has been so long (i filled it out 3 times before, June and in 2016 twice).

I see no reasons it would hinder anything though.
