Please get in contact with ManuNSam (look up in MEMBERS link at the top of this page, and send a message to them) they went through a similar situation in Delhi and after submitting a list of names, they got the visa! Delhi is troublesome and asks for ridiculous things but once you give it to them, they will grant the visa.

I know how you feel though, I have tons of relatives (including like 30 cousins) but I am not in contact with a single one, if I was asked for a list of addresses and phone numbers I would be at a loss! However just research through other relatives, get as many as you can and submit it, you will get the visa!

Instead of voters cards or ration cards, you could get any other form of identification (like bank statements, driver's license etc.).

We are praying for you! Good luck!

Family contacts: Give them what you have. Give them last known (to you) addresses/phone numbers. I am sure you can get that.

And how in the world do you live in India and not have either a ration or voter card. That doens't make sense. What did you do, sneak over illegally from Bangladesh?
