Hi. Mine is an AOS based on marriage. My husband is a citizen, i am in the US. I sent i-130 + I-485 + Affidavit of support + medical exam, and I got a reject notice due to a wrong fee in the check. I sent them again a couple days ago with the correct fee. Is it going to be rejected again? because i am reading about a form i-130A and i didnt know about it. It is called supplemental information about spouse beneficiary. I did not include this form in the package.

Yes you need that because the information you write on I-130a is all about your spouse

Rejected, probably not but an RFE is likely.

Why did you not read the I-130 instructions?

Your USC spouse should be helping you!   After all the I-130 petition is THEIR main responsibility and then the I-864.

An RFE or an RFIE is a request for evidence or request for initial evidence.

I understand you have already sent your package back to USCIS, however, if you haven't checked the guide out already (and I only think you may not have due to not sending the I-130A) then take a look to see whether there is anything else you may have missed.  That way you can be prepared for any potential RFE's, or if your package is returned again.

The guide is here: www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

Your USC spouse should absolutely be helping you with this.
