Time is almost up

I’m really trying hard to be patient but my scan date is 11/14/17 for my mother’s petition. It’s now almost 10 weeks and I have seen so many people get their case complete between 4-6 weeks. I’ve called numerous times and they’ve checked that docs are received and that they’ve received the DS260 and just keep telling me that the 11 weeks is up on 1/30 and that I must keep waiting.

Has anyone else recently had this part take so long? The last person on the phone told me that the length of time it takes to process is due to country and type of petition (London, IR5 for me). I’m starting to get pretty stressed out about how long this is taking and am concerned something is wrong. What happens if 1/30 comes around and they have not reviewed my case yet? Thanks
