I rcvd a letter from NVC did Dec 14, 2017 stating the case number and informing that the petion is being transferred to US embassy in Singapore. How long do we still have to wait before my fiancé can proceed on scheduling for the interview. As per her NOC2 the validity is from 11/02/2017 to 03/01/2018.

She can now schedule her medical and pay for interview after that she can schedule her interview. Goodluck

Thank you for your advice, but the letter we rcvd dtd 12/14/2017 stated that the NVC will fwd the petition to US Embassy in Singapore, and the embassy/consulate will contact my fiancée when they are ready to process her petition. I am a lil confuse on whether to call the consulate (Singapore) or to wait given the case number and the date the letter was received.
