Pending Status I-130 filed in 2015 year end

I filed I-130 for my husband in Dec 2015 and my status still showing pending, We completed everything even Interview.

 

On Interview day the Interviewer gave a  Notice of letter and said your interview is completed and waiting on your I-130, after that we still waiting for I-130 status everytime we call or go to the office the answer is until your background checks completed we can't tell anything.  Agents or Level 2 Officers say your file is in houston office, an agent needs to answer whats happening.

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19
