So to me... They are most definitely worth the inconvience.  

They ARE illegal aliens. Whether or not they are worth some inconvenience is besides the point. The most urgent issue right now is a budget so that should be what this bill is about. The illegal alien issue can be addressed later instead of democrats holding our government hostage until they get their way.

Not much they can do when 60 votes are required and their are less than 60 of them. It's simple math.

But four of them voted against it, so they're not exactly helping themselves are they? It's on them to persuade Democrats to get 60, they're in charge.

Actually the Dems failed to renew funding thank you. If you look at the beginning of this thread then you would see that I commented on how in this spending bill was a 6 year renewal for the CHIP program. So nice try but it failed at blaming the Republicans. You should be blaming the Dems since they wanted this to fail.

Problem with that is that we have been talking about CHIP since the end of last year and Trump and the republicans have been doing their silly 30 days at the time budget. AND NOW Trump says CHIP shouldn't be a 30 day fix... So why not fix it back in October? So sorry bud, still blaming the republicans. He just wants to save CHIP now so he can blame the shutdown on the democrats.

It isn't a 30 day fix it was going to be fixed for 6 YEARS. Yeah he let it pass and got alot of flak from Republicans like me who are actually for it, then they decided to do something about it.  

 

So nice try bud he is doing everything he can for actual citizens while the Dems are doing everything they can for Illegals and not citizens.

You didn't get what I meant... As far back as in October Trump had the chance to give CHIP this 6 year funding but he didn't. NOW that the Democrats threw in DACA he threw in 6 year funding so he could make the dems look bad. DACA recipients are not bad people. They are children of parents who wanted a better life for their children. The children shouldn't be punished for their parents decision.

If a family of 6 were to be caught by the police because they had snuck into Disney World, should the kids be allowed to stay and play while the parents go to the police station?
