N-400 Question 2 Help

Hello all,

 

Apologies if this has been asked 1000 times, but I'd like a definitive answer since I can't find one.

 

Legally, my first name is Daniel and my middle name is Robert, so that's what I have entered in Part 2 question 1 of N-400. Question 2 asks for "Your Name exactly as it appears on your permanent resident card".

 

On the front of my green card It says Given Name: DANIEL R. On the back of my green card it shows DANIEL<ROBERT.

 

For question 2, what should I answer for First Name and Middle Name? 1, 2, or 3 below?

 

1. First Name - DANIEL, Middle Name - ROBERT

2. First Name - DANIEL R, Middle Name - BLANK

3. First Name - DANIEL, Middle Name - R

 

Please advise.

{Day 238} 07/12/2018 Interview Day - Approved

{Day 242} 07/16/2018 Oath Scheduled

{Day 266} 08/09/2018 Oath Ceremony - I am a US Citizen!
