Hello,everyone!

I need all your help.

Sadly we need to withdraw k1 visa process, cuz one of my family be found cancer and petitioner’s financial problems. We can’t get married soon, so we decided to withdraw k1 visa once.

Life is not easy...

Now we were waiting NVC case No. I think our petition is still at USCIS.

What process is the most easiest withdraw? I want to know how to details.

Should I wait instructions from my local embassy, then shoud I ask about how to withdraw to my local embassy?

I want to visit US as a tourist again....

I want to withdraw officially, without problems in my future.

Thank you so much for your helping.

The USC is the one who has to send the letter to cancel

Thank you. Can I send the letter to USCIS? Or Petitioner needs do that?

Cuz USCIS never accept beneficiary when I called to them before.

And do you know something that forms?
