my status is as follow:

01/11/18 N400 Application filed online

01/13/18 Biometric appointment scheduled

01/17/18 Biometric done

01/17/18 We reviewed your biometric

01/11/18

Status Message: USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice.
What the heck is going on?  No inline for interview, just one day after reviewed biometric, the interview appointment is scheduled? could anybody tell me what happened? thanks

It's possible, yes.  My interview was scheduled only 6 days after my biometrics was completed (I filed online as well).  Some people have short waiting times, some wait several months.  I know someone else who had their interview scheduled the day after biometrics, too.  

 

The next status change will be "read the letter we mailed"....then you know to look out for the physical appointment letter (the PDF version will upload a day or two after the actual letter is sent out, generally.)

I had my biometrics on June 6th, and still did not get any update to my case. The status is still case under active review. 

I applied offline, and someone who applied online 6days after me, had his biometrics a day before mine ( on June 5th) and he already got an interview appoinment.. What is going on here?? Is it normal? I started to worry about this whole thing eventhough my backgroud is clear, I never commited any type of crime or illegal affair..

Cases filled online generally seem to be processed faster than those done through the mail.
