So now that we're married, C & I are trying to get the AoS stuff ready to go.

He needs vaccinations, we know that much. He had MMR and Td in London at his K-1 medical. All we have for records though is an invoice, there is no way to obtain the ds3025 according to nuffield in birmingham, they've lost all records for that particular 6 months when he was there.

On top of those 2, he needs Varicella and Hep B, correct?

For the Hep B vaccine, its a series of 3, and takes 6 months to complete. Does it have to be completed prior to filling in the I-693A, or does the series just have to be begun?

Thanks for any info and please correct me if I'm wrong about any of the above :)

tamarae,

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. The I-693 is causing a lot of problems for AOS applicants. I too went through Birmingham, had just only one injection whilst there. I forgot to get the DS3025 so I called them and they posted me a copy. I understand that they have lost all of your records but as they gave you a receipt for the injections you had there, could you not talk again to them and fax/post them a copy of that receipt along with your vaccination record from your local GP to re-complete a DS3035?

Good luck

Filed: AOS (pnd) Country: Germany
Timeline

It says "Not appropriate age" at the Hep B box in my form, and I'm 32, so I guess that depends on how old you are.

Varicella has to be done, I think, or the doctor has to write "history of Chicken Pox" or something like that, if that was the case.

I only needed Td, MMR and Varicella (got Hep B, Pneumococcal and Influenza for nothing... :( )

Hope this helps,

Carla
