WHat was your RFE actually about?

It was requesting us the documents for income requirements and to show proof that we met the guidelines, the officer who sent claims that we didn't

And when you check the guidelines, do you earn enough?

We are 3 people, I make 17k, she makes 7k and we used some assets to supplement for $1525 and met the income guideline of 25525 for household of 3. We also live together so I don't know why :(

We also used assets in our bank account and initially only provided our most recent bank account showing the balance.

Later we were asked to provide 12 months bank statements. The average of the 12 months balances has to be over 3 times of the differences.

Did you provide 12 months if you used bank statement?

In my case I used a vehicle, so we had 2 vehicles and 1 can be used as an asset. It was just bought last year and the cost was $8000 and we used it as an asset, so dividing it by 3 would give at least $2000+ so we were fine as per our lawyer.

Do you owe any money on this vehicle? And just because it cost you that much doesnt mean it is WORTH that much? Did you kelly blue book the vehicle? Get a quote from a dealer?

Congratulations! Did you send anything new eventually to USCIS?

Or did the USCIS realized that they made a mistake?

Congrats again!

We were having a baby and we just let them knew how much trouble it would be if they were denying our case and they put for reconsideration, but no documents of any kind were sent. We just made an info pass appt. at local field office, glad it worked out finally and thanks to you all!
