Hey everyone,

 

I've been reading some information about the I-864 Affidavit of Support for a K2 but would like to get some updated information if possible.  I read that the K2 does not need a separate I-864 as long as he/she appears as a Family Member in Part 3.  I and my co-sponsor have both included the K2 in that section so I'd like others' advice, i.e. if there is anything else that I should do or include.  I've also read to include a photocopy of the principal immigrant's (K1) I-864 but I'm planning on sending their applications together so I'm not sure if that's also necessary.
