Hi All,

I am a US citizen. I sponsored my fiancee to come to US on K1 visa on August 2017. We got married on September and applied for the AOS as well as Advance Parole. Her K1 Visa got expired on November. She got her advance parole on Jan 5th and she has gone back to her country for family situation. Now we got interview notice on Jan15th and interview is scheduled on February. Will she be able to come back using the advance parole, give the interview and return back immediately using the same advance parole? Also her passport says that her visa got expired on Nov. Does she have to do anything with the visa while coming back from her country?

Please do reply me as soon as possible. Any helpful information and suggestion would appreciated.

Thanks

Her K1 visa expired the day she set foot in the US. Many people mistake this. A K1 visa is a one time use only. Once it is used (which is the day she enters the US) it is no longer valid.

Yes, as long as she has a valid AP she can reenter the US multiple times.
