My wife got her interview on April 19, 2007. She passed! I'm so relieved......She received her visa from Delbros today April 28, 2007. She got a CR-1 visa. The ticket is bought and im ready to pick her up.

She got the brown envelope saying it shouldnt be opened until an immigration official opens here at her port of entry..

My question is, I read in the forums that she needs her visa stamped by the CFO there. How can she get it stamped if her visa is in the envelope and it cant be opened?

Also, if her passport is also in the envelope, how will she be able to leave the manila airport?

Someone please help me?

Congratulations! Don't open the envelope that they told you. The passport should not be in the envelope. If you are confused, talk to the Embassy people.
