I 2003 my (now) wife (a Thai Citizen) came to the US with me on a K1 Fiance visa. We were married and she went through the process and got her Permanent Residency (Green Card). I subsequently got another job outside of the US and we moved overseas. We continued to file our taxes but as we no longer would reside in the US and don't plan on it in the near future, we allowed her Green Card to expire in 2017, though I am sure her status was revoked prior to that because she stayed out of the country. Now we simply wish to go to the US for a month or two to visit my family. Is there a problem? Which form do we fill out to get a Non-immigrant Visa?  Thanks for any advice.

She should formally surrender her green card, Form i407, then applies for a B visa thru form ds160 online.
