Hi

I'm nearing the end of the K1 process and got my form i797c NOA a few days ago for my final adjustment of status meeting.

One of the items it asks me to bring to the meeting is a completed medical examination form (Form i-864) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted.

I got this done in my home country (South Africa) before coming over to the states, at that point just before the initial NOAs saying I could come over, so I actually have submitted these docs before, but that was so many steps ago I don't know why they'd ask for it again.

I've asked the doctor to send me a copy of those forms. They emailed them to me. Is this right? What did everyone else bring in?

The i-864 is the Affidavit of Support and has nothing to do with your medical.

When you first filed your AOS paperwork the vaccination work sheet (called DS-3025) should've been marked "complete" and added to the AOS package. If you did this you don't need to bring anything regarding the medical to the interview. You can bring the papers your doctor emailed you just in case, since you already have them anyway.

Sorry sorry, I read the thing from the point just below the medical point. It says

"A completed medical examination (Form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted)."

You're right, I have submitted this already, I just don't want to risk them wanting me to, I don't know, get it done again?
