I tried registering and it kept saying to check my surname which I was spelling correctly. So I decided to log in with my details instead of creating one and it worked... Called DHL and they said they cannot tell me on phone wether it not is ready so I will go there and check

Oh ok but they did tell my husband over the phone. Well what they said verbatim... he told them he received a text message and was trying to confirm if it was for sure ready befote he traveled there and they sais yes it was ready when he received the text message stating so. It will be ready, so just keep checking the email and text messages.. by the way, how long has it been since interview?

Yes you should call and find out why the status hasn't changed, or DHL and see if they have received the passport yet

My visa status at ceac has now changed from Refused to Ready on 1/29/2018. I understand this means it is going through some kind of Administrative Prosessing (AP).

I also received an email reply from the U.S Ghana Embassy saying that my case officer has confirmed having all my files in my folder and that when all necessary checks are completed on my case, I will be set.

Apparently this is the normal process after a waiver is approved and you submit all the necessary documents during or after the follow-up interview.

So now I know I have to wait till all checks are complete for my case before I get my visa issued. So I’m still praying to the Lord so the process can conclude soon.

My main concern earlier on was when my visa status was still showing Refused after my interview and didn’t really know what was going on.

If I knew the process, I wouldn’t have panicked the way I did but now I know and this at least will serve as a guide to anyone going through a similar process reading this post.

Hello people, my wife has an approved i212/601 since Dec.1, 2017 and we haven’t heard any news from the embassy yet. We called, sent emails and she has been to the embassy personally but no information and they won’t even listen to her. How long does it take to hear from the embassy in Accra

I do not really understand all these forms...so I will rephrase is plain language so you confirm if that is what you mean... You mean your wife's Visa has been approved and she is waiting to pick up her passport?

Thanks for your interest, what I am trying to find out is how long you have to wait to get a visa interview scheduled in an overseas embassy if you were denied visa after deportation and you had to file a waiver and a permission to reenter the US and now those waiver and permission to reenter the US have been approved (now how long do you have to wait to be scheduled for interview, it has been 4 months now)
