Some Field office has Interview Scheduled Really Fast?

It's rare because of the current backlog, but historically that hasn't always been the case - I have two friends that applied a number of years ago who were interviewed between 4 and 6 weeks before they qualified and were told they were approved in principle and would just need to complete the N-445 prior to the oath ceremony in order to naturalize.

Ok then lets agree to disagree on this one. Not sure the back logs have anything to do with it if we read what the IO said above, I cannot approve you until August 5th the anniversary of your GC.  Might have been the case a while ago, but they still shouldn't be approved if they havent attained the criteria. Its like going there and not meeting the requirement  for days out of the country. I have looked at recent threads and not one person has been called for interview before their anniversary so perhaps they changed it as not to confuse themselves and the petitioner? Perhaps? Any way I think I have said all I want to on this particular topic.

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018       

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

 

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

 

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)
