Pedir a un familiar (madre) a USA teniendo visa de turista y queriendo la entrevista aqui en usa.

Buenas tardes,

Me gustaria traer a mi madre a USA. Ella tiene visa de turista pero quisiera que la entrevista fuera aqui en Orlando donde vivo pq se me hace dificil a mi y a ella ir a Bogota Colombia. estoy casi para dar a luz a mi segundo hijo y no podria ir con ella. mi madre tiene 64 anos. quien me podria ayudar con alguna informacion. Gracias.

Yes, the rule is english in the general forums. If I understand your question correctly, you're asking if your mother can apply for a tourist visa and have the interview in Orlando, Florida, instead of Bogota where the Colombian embassy is located. The answer is no. She'll have to find a way to travel to Bogota.

 

My own mother in law is also 64 yrs old and will be traveling to Bogota soon for a tourist visa interview.

Mi madre tiene visa de turista vigente. Ahora esta aqui conmigo.

Soy ciudadana. y estoy desde el 2008 aqui
